The prestigious golden russet apple has long been our cider makers favourite apple. So, naturally, we made an ice cider to honour it. A radiant, deep golden hue with sponge toffee aroma. Tasting notes of sweet tea, stone fruits, and a vibrant passion fruit acidity. Decadent and indulgent. Serve chilled as an aperitif or digestif.
