Just like Beaujolais Nouveau is a celebration of the end of the year harvest in the wine world, we felt the need to recreate this tradition with cider. Single variety ginger gold apple, wild yeast fermented. Absolutely nothing added or taken away. Very clean, crisp and smooth tasting with vibrant tropical notes.
